10. Why oh why don't you allow people to speak to your engineers who can actually try and assist with the problems businesses are encountering when trying to get their emails to customers with AOL addresses.
This is the second time I am now having try and get an issue resolved regarding AOL not delivering email to our customers.
This is a problem of your making which I am now having to try and resolve.
Do you have any idea how frustrating and annoying it is trying to deal with AOL?

11. Reminder: we do not take support requests from blog comments, and your issue will not be resolved through this mechanism. Please go to http://postmaster.info.aol.com and fill out an appropriate support request if you are a third-party mailer, and to http://help.aol.com if you are an AOL member.
Thanks!

12. I am not receiving email from Match.com and OKCupid.com, at least that I know of. I notified them and they said to notify my server. Can you help?

13. @Lainie Goldman -- If you're not getting match or okcupid emails by Thursday, open a support request here: http://postmaster.aol.com/waters/other_issues_form.html
@Dave -- If you're not getting satisfactory answers to your ticket, open a support request at http://postmaster.aol.com/waters/other_issues_form.html and give us more detail.
@Ruveni Waqanitoga -- Have you opened a support request? We do not resolve issues directly from the blog.

14. David,
Hopefully you can help...
I have been put on the run around all morning. I submitted a request, AOL postmaster responded (quite quickly, thanks!) and asked that I re-submit another ticket with some updated info. I tried (from multiple computers) and I am unable to because I am asked to: "Please wait 24 hours and try again."
?!?!?
AOL support contacted ME and asked to provide info and I am unable to. After multiple calls(for over 2 hours) I still do not have an issue resolved.
Please advise...
Thanks

20. We are not able to send emails to our customers who have an AOL account. I filled out the FBL form, and we cannot get through to AOL support because we dont have an account there. Are we on your blacklist? I checked on the spamhaus and that is clean.
