Everything is back to normal now. All spam complaints are now generating feedback loops as configured.

3. Users @aol.com are not receiving mail from our domain (newheartworship.org) and we are NOT receiving any failure notifications. In fact your mail servers respond with a 250 OK. This is becoming a very big problem.

4. I receive e-mail from a friend who has an AOL account. But when I try to reply to her or compose a message to her they are always returned to me with the message that her server is not accepting mail from me. (or that her address is unknown). But I know that her address is a good one because she sends messaes frequently and I have tried over and over again to reply but cannot get my message to her. She e-mailed today that she has a new computer, hoping that will solve the problem, but it hasn't.

5. Hi,
I had an account allanjurgens@aol.com and this was converted to an aim account with the address of allanjurgens@aim.com AOL is currently using a mail forward so that when an email is sent to the aol.com address it forwards to the aim.com address. The problem that I am having is that I am able to receive email but everytime I try to send I get the below message. Can anyone help on this as I am unable to send out any mail. The mailbox does exist and for this purpose only I have used the xxxx@xxxx.com for the email address but the address being used is valid. Thanks.

7. Having a HUGE problem with AOL users' mail (including AOL itself) ending up in my Spam folder. I had Desktop 10, uninstalled, installed 9.5 still occuring. I have also indicated on the emails that "This is Not Spam", still ending up in spam. The only email getting to my regular email box is .edu emails, emails from comcast. Please fix this as it is hugely annoying. Your customer service, which I called several times, won't even take the message about this problem unless I pay for the "priviledge" of doing so. It's not my issue, it's an AOL issue.

8. I have been trying to contact AOL postmaster dept regarding checking IP's for any blacklist or not. I'd like to know the following:
- why is there no phone number to call? There used to be one!
- why is there no tool on AOL's site to check for any blacklist on IP's? Is this too difficult for you people to add?
- why did I not get a response from postmaster@aol.com and a response to two of my online messages sent through the form? Yes, aol.com is whitelisted in my email setup too.

10. I am being blocked as a spammer by AOL. I am not a spammer, and my server is not listed on Spamhaus. Why is AOL blocking my outgoing mail? Please reply.

11. I received a message from an a friend who is an AOL user and I clicked reply and replied to that message. I also attempted to write an email to 2 other friends at aol and I received a reply from AOL that my messages were not delivered. I am on sccoast.net. I forwarded my messages to a friend on sc.rr.com and my mail was delivered to the aol users from his server. What's up? Please reply by email.
