1. FOR MONTHS I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT MY MY HUSBAND HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVING HIS BUSINESS EMAILS. HES A CONTRACTOR. HE WAS SUBSCRIBED TO ALL THE HGTV NETWORKS, DIY, AARP ETC. AFTER MONTHS WITH YOUR AOL TECH, ALL SETTING,ETC R CORRECT. FIGURED IT OUT THAT IT WA THE ISP, BULK MAIL BEING HELD BACK. WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE. GO TO POSTMASTER, GOT AN IP ADDRESS THAT KEEPS ON CHANGING. U GO ONTO YOUR WEBSITE, AND HAVE TO BE SIT AT THE PUTER FOR 3 HOURS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO. I AKSED FOR INFO ON HOW TO GET THESE EMAILS BACK. I EVEN WROTE THAT I WOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE EMAILS. HEAR NOTHING FROM U. THIS ISP, IS REDICULIOUS. BUT I KNOW U HAVE TO FOLLOW REGULATIONS. THERE WAS SOMETHNG ABOUT A LOOP, AND WE R LOST FROM THERE. HOW DO WE GET OUR REGULAR EMAIL NEWSLETTERS BACK. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. 2. Not sure why AOL is not delivering my business email to my clients and even myself, please help me get this corrected as soon as possible as my lively hood depends on it. I hate to move my email to another service as AOL has been so good to us in the past.
How can I get request that the Paragon IP’s 205.240.85.28 for mail.fnismls.com and 208.93.241.50 for mx.fnismls.com be “white listed” via AOL?

3. This seems to be a continuing problem with aol's ignoring our requests and doing nothing to help, particularly with the www.finis.mls.com situation. I know their engineers have contacted aol in trying to remedy this but aol evidently ignores them too. In my case they created this loop at aol's request. Whatever that is and we still have that problem. I'll be switching to another provider very soon because of this. and talking to the tech support people is like pounding your head on a brick wall...not much gets through to them let alone any resolution.

4. AOl needs to fix the problem with Paragon, before they lose all of the Realtors that are AOL members.

6. AOL are you listening? I was just on the online support for an hour and session was ended by tech support with no resolution, not even I'm having to end the session.
I am a realtor as well, we need to be able to send our listings. Please get this fixed. I am sure that there are hundreds if not more that will be leaving AOL.
There is a fix, but no one seems to be fixing it.

7. I am a realtor also and I really need this fixed. my clients are not getting the information I have promised. I will have to look ar another email if this isn't fixed soon.

8. I am also a Realtor who has promised information to clients that they are not receiving because the black list problem. I will be looking for another server if AOL does not correct this problem soon.

9. Paragon users, the delivery issue with these IPs has been resolved. It will take a business day for the block to lift completely. The postmaster website is postmaster.aol.com, and there is a link to the correct place to submit support requests if you have future issues.

11. Ahhh I am in the same boat. No response from AOL. I work for the same company as Paragon users, FNRES (Cyberhomes). Our external IP is being blocked by AOL and I get nothing from AOL. It's been over a week and no reply no nothing.....

12. AOL has by far the worse support I've ever seen. We are blocked by AOL. I created an FBL account, requested for whitelist, filled out the unblock form and called Postmaster hotline at 888-212-5537 with no response. It's been weeks and we are still blocked. This is really bad. The postmaster hotline has no tool to unblock us. Apparently their Job description is to redirect all postmaster questions to postmaster.aol.com. That is awesome...

15. Well, my problem is not business related but it is extremely aggravating. I am unable to receive email notifications from a message board that I run as of a few days ago. I have been searching for some place to report this. I also am considering changing providers, as the main reason I stay with AOL is that I like the mail system. I don't like the mail system right now.
I need friendsandfoodcorner@gmail.com mail to be allowed thru immediately.
